what to do while B's away

B will be away for week.
this isn't the first time we'll be apart but that doesn't make it more bearable.

so while he's away, i'm thinking of things to do.

THINGS TO DO:

1. sleep early. this would be the right time to get my 16hrs of sleep! or not. :P
2. have girl bonding!
3. watch mushy and mainstream movies (B isn't too fond of hollywood movies. hmpf).
4. make something. probably food. like cookies. or choco balls. they are real comfort.
5. eat that something for lunch and dinner.

surfing the net, i found an easy recipe on how to make a no-bake choco balls.
(thank you Google! you really are one of my bestfriend.)

back when i was in high school, we used to make this choco balls and sell it to our classmates. but back then it was known as "munchkins" (having the likeness of dunkin'donuts munchkins).

dunkin'donuts honey-dipped munchkins

ingredients:

marie biscuits
unsalted butter
condensed milk
cocoa powder
sprinkles, dessicated coconut or confectioner's sugar (optional)

1.ground marie biscuit into fine powder. you may do it manually but that will take some time and much, much effort. better use food processor if you have one.
2. cream butter till smooth then add the powdered marie biscuit, cocoa powder (i usually use bensdorf cocoa) and condensed milk. combined all ingredients well to form a smooth dough.
3. divide dough into small pieces and form into a bite-size ball.
4. roll the choco balls in sprinkles or dessicated coconut if you like. you can also use roughly ground marie biscuits to cover your 'munchkins' or confectioner's sugar, just like dunkin'donuts do their munchkins. if you want it more chocolatey, dip it in melted chocolates.
